R E T U R N P O L I C Y
I want you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase! If you decide the artwork you selected doesn’t quite work in your space, I offer refunds or exchanges on original paintings up to 14 days after purchase (minus the cost of shipping). Contact me for instructions on how to start the process and we can find a suitable solution together. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
Fine art prints are made to order and cannot be returned.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the event that your order arrived damaged, please notify me within 3 days of delivery and include a photo for reference of the damages. I will work quickly to replace your order or find a suitable solution.
E X P E C T A T I O N S
I take special care to provide an accurate rendering of the color and overall appearance of all of the items in the shop. However, there are subtle variations between screens, monitors, brightness and lighting, so it’s possible there can be small differences in color when viewing on your computer or phone. If you would like to see additional photos of an art piece before making a purchase, you may email me the request and I will be happy to send more pictures.
Ready to hang
All original paintings are signed, sealed, and will have the proper hanging hardware installed when you receive it.
